You’re invited to the party, I’ll let you put them in.

(put the snubbers on the cradle first, adjusting later)
You have room to maneuver/install the mounts that might fall off during install.
I found it easier that way, but others differ maybe.

Be careful threading into the aluminum pan if you decide to install the cradle first, they are easily cross threaded, not a happy ending.
I thought about that, it looked easier to to install the cradle first, we’ll see.

They are on, you just can’t see them in the picture.

I got it back together and took it for a ride. Everything seems good, so tomorrow I may put a deck on and cut some grass.

Thanks. The air duct made a big difference.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
