Well I don't have a very good shop as yet.
I have just retired from a 10 hr + per day job. and at plus 62 that don't leave you much energy for other things. I dont have a heater in my shop and it's a mess. So I will be working out there when it warms up above freezing, trying to get things in order.
I have lots of work benches, maybe too many. two of the outer walls are work benches. I think it is about 48 foot worth of work benches.
Pictures to follow.

Us old timers like out work benches. I have about 58ft of work benches on 2 walls.
I just retired first of march @ 63+ years. Got tired of putting in long days of 11+ hours and some weekends. Makes an old man even older.
I'm just getting the insulation going on the ceiling, to keep the heat out from the summer sun.
When I get that done, I'll click a few pics and post them here.
But don't expect me to get it done right away.

I don't expect you to do it very fast if you have a wife like mine!!

I spent the last 3 years getting the house to a condition that suits her!!

I guess we will see your shop done in 4 years!!

Just getting started on my Cub Cave. Been working in the garage since I moved to VA. Kind of a PITA having to move everything all the time to get the car & truck inside. The barn has a 45 X 50 lean-to attached and 30 X50 of it is going to get a concrete floor and enclosed for a work shop.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
