Default Hydro gear fill plug stripped

Morning folks. I have an '08-ish RZT50 with ZT-2200 hydros.
Hydro - zc-dmbb-4ddc-2rpx

I'm trying to fill the hydro but the fill plug is now stripped. It's 1/4 hex. Any ideas on getting that plug out?

Weld a nut on it if if is not aluminum or brass, and unscrew it.
If aluminum, Heliarc it, if brass braze it.
it all that fails put in an EDM machine and arc/burn it out.
If that fails put it in the mill and drill it out.
Next time use a new Allen key BEFORE you feel it trying to round the hex out

Thanks y'all. I got it out.

I removed the hydro and got it on the bench, then just hammered in an allen wrench AND put a small vice grips on it. It came loose. But it's still mostly stripped. So I'll be ordering a new one.

Thanks again.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
