I noticed none of the tires match.
But the pictures appear to show the rim center deeper into the rim on one vs the other.
But could just be optical illusion.

One person gave you a price after you posted pics. Still don't see a tiller, and most of us are waiting for answers to questions posted. But, whatever.

Who've said that thrower was in good shape, better look again. Auger is folded over in several places, and it's obvious it's ate a lot of rock.

I don't think you could buy a new K series, even in 2001. Pretty sure it would have to have been a rebuild, or hold over. Mag engines replaced the K's as a replacement engine by then. Even if it was a "new" engine, it's now 17 years old and irrelevant really. That said, it's probably worth $1000 assuming the tiller is included, and isn't sitting outside under a tree.

I never noticed the different tread on the rears. Maybe my dad replaced one at some point. Don’t know for sure. Front rims are same depth. One replaced at some point. Yes there is a PTO and gear box for tiller but no tiller. The dealer replaced engine with new one, not rebuilt and they didn’t rebuild it. As far as the snow thrower eating rock.... of course it has, its 50 years old. That said there is no rust on it, it's solid and works great so in my opinion It is in good shape. Thanks.

I could sell that outfit for $1000-$1200 in Canada so your asking price of $1000usd is spot on IMO... you can expect offers as low as $500 but you should be able to get a least $800usd...IMO

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
