So out law everything in the name of progress???

That just sucks, Terry. When did this come about? My brother bought a DJI Phantom 4+ drone for pictures of the farm crops. My dad and two bros. are dealers for a big seed company. The agronomists for the company all fly drones to look at crops. My brother can now provide that service for seed customers also. Very interesting to see the field variations from the air.

However the drone is too dang loud to scout deer with though.....

It will pass cause the bill is tied into a hurricane relief fund and nobody will vote no on that.

Commercial drones will have to register and give a flite notification like a private pilot does now.

So I thought “How will they ever inforce this?” here is how:

New receivers in planes will have a transponder built in, you go above 400, it send a signal, you get a call from the FAA

Looks like my older radio equipment just went up in value. Nobody is going to buy new radios and receivers if they have a transponder built in.

Here is what I can share...

Earlier this afternoon the full Senate passed (93-6) the Federal Aviation Administration Reauthorization (FAA) Act of 2018 -- which contains the c-UAS amendment that authorizes, among other things, the DHS Secretary and Attorney General to mitigate credible drone threats to certain federal facilities and assets. With both chambers (the House passed before they adjourned on Friday, 9/28) successfully passing the bill, it now becomes an enrolled bill sent to the White House for President Trump’s signature.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
