Default Narrow frame spring assist parts

I have the bracket and arm to a narrow frame spring assist. I am lacking the spring, nut and bolt. Any suggestions? Picture of what I have. Got a spring off an IH blade trying to rig something up with that. Putting all the options on a 104

Just adding a picture I took of both the Brinly spring assist and the IH spring assist.

I was able to use BOTH on my 122 ( gear drive NF ) but only the IH would clear on my 125. The hydro unit is too wide for the Brinly spring to move freely.

Can you use a spring off a 2000 series deck lift? It has the spring bolt in it I think you’re looking for. I have two on those springs in my pile of parts.

That is an acceptable work around and works well.

That spring is not heavy duty like the s.a. one, good for a deck, not a tiller.
I do have a new spring and bolt if interested...

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
