Hmmmmmmm,,, since you damaged the threads some,, there will be exhaust leakage,,

Will that reduce the speed that the turbo runs?

How will that effect the performance of the catalytic converter!!??

Will it increase the consumption of DEF fluid??

There may be some advantage to keeping old machines running,,,

Where I live we use ethanol free gas, run straight pipe exhaust, burn trash, use CFC's, and laugh at tree huggers.

I live in the same state and just fought to rewrite a municipal ordinance that could have put people in jail for 30 days for throwing leaves and sticks in the trash.

Praise the lord and pass the ammunition. This is no longer the land of the free.

I was kidding, mostly. But I do live in a rural area, and the rules in our township are not very strict. We can still fart where we want when we want. Where my in-laws live, they can't even have a camp fire anymore.

Wish I was kidding. The world's a mess these days and the only way to fix it is to start in your home town. http://digital.olivesoftware.com/Oli...DB06&mode=text

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
