No The 126s frame and rear end is being used for a 104 It was only a parts 126. The Crank I thought I wasn't going to use because it is .030 over after grinding but can get an aftermarket connecting rod with a bearing in it so I won't need to scrap the crankshaft like I previously thought. I'm all new to the Cub scene so there a bit of a learning curve.

Well guys I've been cleaning the parts for paint. I got the creeper box installed. I also reused my 104 dash. I had to glass it to make it longer for the dash tower I'm using. I also had to lightly trim the edges of dash tower for my 104 console to mount and line up. I have to shape and finish sanding it. I used some sheet steel for the reenforcement.Heres pics of my progress.

Well guys I ordered front tubes a used steel governor gear a billet connecting rod and a bearimg .030 under. I'm still waiting onachine shop to give the bore size so I can order the correct rebuild kit. I still need to locate the valve insert seals and going to get guides springs and push rods. I still need a stater belt plus the PTO and deck parts. I'll keep plugging away at it.

Ok guys I have a few updates. I purchased a NOS Kohler 321a traded a military trailer for it. The story behind it is it was bought at an estate sale the fella was a Cub dealer it was in it's factory box. It was never ran. I have it apart to put the billet connecting rod in with the bearing insert and to put the steel governor gear in and remove the plastic one. I also dremaled the area around the valves called the eye brows and the ports.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
