Default Confessions of a Lurker

Good Morning All,

I joined the forum couple years ago here and then life got a little in the way of staying up on it. Have managed to start reading the
forum again daily for a while but have not posted. My wife tells me that makes me a lurker. that did not sound like a great thing to be so here I am.

Mainly wanted to thank you guys that keep this forum going. What an incredible tool. My 1862 (which I love) runs because
of your knowledge and willingness to share it. I feel like the least knowledgeable person on here most of the time but look forward to being a part where I can. Thanks again

Ken

Don't feel bad. I've been a lurker on a 8n board about 15 years. Mike

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
