need help with a Cub Cadet 100!!
Ok thanks the help but when I went out to look I did find the spot where it is supost to be but there are no numbers there i even scraped the old paint off to see. The 2 square raised spots both have nothing on them is there any other way to tell what year it was made?

This is the rear out of my 70. Same tractor yours has a bit more power,10 horse, mine has a 7!!
The serial# is on the raised patch/square on the left hand side sitting on the tractor. I don't remember my number exactly but in the picture it looks like 124903 !! Jason |

I was wondering if your cub cadet has a creeper gear do all of them come with the cub cadets or if its something special?

The creeper was an option for the Cub Cadets. My 100 doesn't have one. |

do you know of any other spot that there might be a serial number it seams its just my luck that the spot where it should be, it isnt! I have taken it all apart and the only # i can find is on the motor do you have any suggestions for me? Thanks Al

Make sure you scrape/sand the paint off.I couldnt see mine until I did that.Are you sure its a 100?? If it is maybe the rear has been changed.Does it have a tag near the rear cover plate on the left side??
