Will a 190-450-100 blower fit on an 1864 cyclops?

The correct Snowblower for the 1864 is the 190-451-100.

yes sir, I was aware of that. What I'm asking is...... will the 450 blower fit or not? I have a 450 blower and I am looking at a 1864. Will I be able to use my 450 or will I have to buy a 451?

What he said, but you can put a 450 on it, but it will behave badly....unless you read this service bulletin.

There are a lot of threads dedicated to this issue. A search will show that you need a different gear box to make up for the difference in the PTO diameter.

It will spin the blower too fast. your 1864 has a 6" PTO pulley, while the 450 is designed for the 4.5" pulley.
The 450 and 451 are physically identical, though, so it will physically fit, the gearing in the gearbox will just be wrong.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
