All of my kids love my tractors that they have claimed. My 8 yr old son, my 5yr old son and my 3 yr old daughter. I sometimes give them rides and my 5 and 8 yr olds ride real slow by themselves with me walking a few feet behind. I never mow with them or close by, only with blades off. Before we moved my then neighbor across the road had a bad accident. He has 2 boys and his older son was 4 or 5 at the time. He ran outside to give his dad the phone and as he was running his foot slipped under the deck cutting off 4 1/2" of his right foot. Toes and all half way back to his ankle. He lost so much blood they had to Lifeflight him to Columbus to Childerns Hospital. He is about 14 now and you would never know unless he took his shoe off. He plays sports too. I always keep this in the back of my mind whenever I'm mowing and I tell the kids to stay back. If they need me to get my attention another way, don't run up to me. Well anyways be safe!!
