Glad to see that you’re on a diet although it’s making you very hungry.

No matter how "it adds up", cubbin' sure is "sum" fun!! Besides, the way you are rollin' in cubs, there has to be some cipherin' going on.

So, you are going to bid on some of them? 2 day auction? Have lots of fun Unc, I'm sure there are some real deals to be had there.

So here’s a question. There’s just so much stuff there. More saws than I’ve ever seen in one place. I’m assuming they auction off the old ones one at a time but the piles of saws and drawers and racks of parts do they auction them off as a lot or group? They would have to for some of the stuff I would think or they’d be there all week right?

Sounds like a great time! I never had an Uncle Lewy, so I can tell you about when I first adopted you as my Uncle! We have a lot of catching up to do. Anyway, it looks like your area is better for cub scoutin' than mine. Things are dry here. I was thinking about meeting you in Napoleon, OH, but my work schedule has me working 6-7 days a week now. I'm just trying to make it to Xenia sometime in the next two weeks and finding out that is almost impossible. It would be nice to hang out with my adopted Uncle sometime.

May looks like it will be just as busy as April for me, too. My attorney said he would let me know if there have been any changes that I should know about. After my divorce, I got custody of my ex-wife's parents for two weeks in May, sometime, so that will put a wrinkle in my plans, as well.

Yeah, sometimes they will bid on choice of whatever is on the table or they may combine things in what they call a "lot", so you bid on that. Often I have seen them pile up a bunch of junk and sell it as a lot.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
