Default $55 For FREE

If you bought a mower within the last couple decades,, you are probably eligible for up to a $55 settlement,,,

Lawnmower makers settle class action lawsuit

That is better than free grinding disks!!

I figure they owe darkminion_17 one point two million dollars,,,

These things are normally a scam w/ the lawyers taking home several times what the "hurt" get.

Now who in the heck on this list would actually go buy a new lawn mower??? I thought a membership requirement was you had to fix it up before you could mow with it??

Had to be purchased in Canada, so that eliminates the majority of us, other than that I fall in that window for two mowers. I could have restocked my bar with beer for a while.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
