Front pulley rubs against deck when hitting bumps.
How do I resolve on an LT1050?

Tighten things up.
You obviously have something very loose or maybe even the deck is cracked around that pulley allowing movement or both. |

Maybe it is what ever you fixed/changed or bypassed to get it running?

right deck ? ,pto clutch changed at some time ? ..you said when you hit bumps . are they big enough that the deck is getting hung up on them ? and forcing the deck up higher than it's supposed to go ?

That pulley looks awfully low. Like wrong pulley or loose bolt and slide down and near ready to fly off. I would give that a tap and put a socket on the bolt just to check. Does not sound like this is a new deck to th op. So something changed mid mow sounds like.
Tires flat?? Lol

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
