I think I completed the plumbing and I'm ready for inspection. As always, let me know if something doesn't look right.
Here is the apartment bathroom. Probably not the cheapest or easiest way but each trap has it's own 2" vent line. The 2nd, 3rd & 4th pic show the tub rough in box. The trap will be embedded in concrete. Do you see a problem with that? The wall that the vents go up through is a load bearing 2x8 wall with a 2' wide x 16" deep grade beam. DSCN4159.jpg DSCN4157.jpg DSCN4158.jpg DSCN4161.jpg More pics. 2nd pic is the kitchen sink & the 3rd is a 3" pipe that will go up to the 2nd floor for a bathroom on the shop side. DSCN4165.jpg DSCN4166.jpg DSCN4167.jpg I may have screwed up here. A day before we pored the footer I shot the level and found I didn't have enough slope for the sinks and floor drains so I ran a 4" pipe and used a sanitary tee instead of a 4"y. I don't know why I did that. That pipe is now in the concrete and will be a pia to change. Maybe Mr. Inspector won't see that. Actually there are 2 sanitary tee's at this joint. DSCN4168.jpg Here is a shot the north wall. The pipe closest will be for a washing machine.(wife doesn't like me washing my rags in her washer) The other 2 pipes are for sinks if needed. DSCN4173.jpg That was a lot of work getting all that in the ground. All pipes have about 1/4"/foot of slope. Let me know if you see any issues please. I'm going to call for an inspection this week...I hope.

I forgot to post a pic of the corrected floor drain trap vent. The 2" pipe on top going out to the left is the vent. It follows the drain line going to a sink on the south wall. The other floor drain was done the same way but it will go to the roof from another location.

Thanks Coop. All drains now have 1/4"/foot. If I didn't put that 4" down that is embedded in the footer I didn't have enough. That is why I did that one run. I hope Mr. Inspector is okay with that.

I have a couple problems....(don't we all) I need to make a 10' riser, cap off all pipes and fill with water....easy enough. This 4" pipe is embedded in concrete. The 1st & 2nd pic show it before the concrete and the 3rd is after the pour. The inlet is exposed but the outlet is about 7-8" buried within the concrete & lots off rebar. They will not allow this because they say the pipe can crack. The pipe must be exposed so that they can see it. Now I need to rent a saw and cut that portion of the concrete out. That is gonna suck! DSCN4005.jpg DSCN4006.jpg DSCN4165.jpg Now I need to think about moving the other 4" pipe that runs parallel with this one back into the dirt. I'm thinking lots of 4 letter words will be said during this process.

Maybe you can say it is....what it is...
Only thing I can think of is stick a 3" pipe in the 4", and say the 4" is a sleeve. Any pipes in concrete have to be sleeved if they are to be in the concrete.

I have been keeping up with this thread, But confused by how much concrete you have to cut out. Of course all I know about plumbing is cold on the right, hot on the left and "chit" runs down hill. Hang in there Oak you'll er done.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
