What is the correct spark plug for Cub cadet 1605
New member here from Michigan. I just bought a Cub cadet 1605, my first Cub cadet. I have been trying to find out what size spark plugs it uses as I have seen 3 different types listed on the web.
I am not sure of the engine as I can't find the model number but the Serial number is K-457453. I know its a B&S and it says I/C Industrial-Commercial cast iron bore on the sticker on top of the engine. Does anyone know where I can find a manual or a web site that lists this motor and the type of plugs. I think its the original motor and is a twin. For some reason I can't find any info on this particular model. Thank you for any info you can give me..

First, welcome to OCC..........
 In using the Cub Cadet Parts and Service Lookup tab at the top of the page, it reveals the correct Spark Plug is: 759-3332, Spark Plug, Resistor. Now you can cross that to numerous brand names if you like, but one is Champion RJ12C. BTW: The 1605 rolled out of the Factory in 1985-86, with a Briggs & Stratton engine: 402707‐0173/0248

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
