It was 55 and sunny today, so I got the 782D out and mowed the property. It sure has come a long way in only 10 months..

It was time to address the hokey spring setup a previous owner rigged up that was used to put tension on the shut off lever.
After an exhaustive nationwide search, I was able to locate only one- NOS in the wrapper for only $17 shipped. After about 30 minutes, I had it installed, and the levers working properly. It eliminated an annoying noise.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
