Default Kubota D600 Water Temp Gauge

Does anyone know what the thread size is for the water temp sending unit. Wanting to update gauges.
Also would anyone have a wiring diagram for a 1572?

The threads getting a little old but since I haven't read this information anywhere I thought I'd share. There is an alternative gauge that actually works with the stock sending unit. I picked up a VDO#918-310-304 from my local NAPA store along with some other gauges and a new electronic sender with the intention to retap the British threads to NTP like several threads have suggested. Before I did all that, curiosity got the best of me so I used the stock wiring, sender, and plugged it in. Amazingly it worked!

Apparently you can get the gauge from jegs for around $30 and it has a nice, clean, stock look which doesn't require you to hog out the factory holes. I assume good 'Ol Kubota used the same senders for years but this was on my 1512 with the d600. If anyone would like, I can snap some pictures this weekend after my dash swap.

Finally got around to swapping dashes. Mine got smashed but I located a NOS gas dash and just cut the 2 holes needed. Still have to get the chrome gauge piece. Engine is out getting the starter upgrade and several other items so maybe in a week or 2 I can show the gauge in operation

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
