Kohler K321 Deep sump pan
Will the deep sump oil pan bolt holes line up in my Cub cadet 108 frame.Where these are solid mount and if im right the K321 is an iso mount from a quiet line and will the sump fit down through the frame. The pan in it is a flat style pan on the K241.

A deep sump oil pan from a Cub Cadet 149-169 is solid mount in the frame. It will bolt to your frame and your K241 using the same holes.
I would get a different connecting rod if your are planning to use the deeper pan on an engine that has a shallow pan. You need the longer dipper that is the bottom part of the connecting rod.

Thanks the new motor thats going in is a K321aqs and it has a deep sump and yes i bought the rebuild kit for the 14hp and it has the long dipper.I was more or less building the 14hp and was concerned if the motor mount holes where the same. For some reason i thought the 149 was iso mount but thanks for setting me straight.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
