Default what tire spoons to get

i have a 1650 that i need to blast the rims on and repaint. i just recently had new tires put on at the lawm/garden shop and it was in the relm of $12 ea. I would like to get some tire spoons to do it myself. i see ken-tool is a big manufacturer of them with T21r as a popular item. i also see a 2 spoon set with a drop spoon and a curved spoon that are 16" long with plastic handles. im just wondering what yall are using to change your cub tires, brand and model number would be nice.

No clue what 'brand' the ones I use are, they're probably 70 years old. You need one with an end that looks like a flat spoon, and another that has a narrower end with square(er) corners and a bit of a hook to it.

I bought a cheap pair from harbor freight and they work pretty well for me. I use plenty of liquid dish soap for a lubricant.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
