3000 series PTO question
On the 3000 series does anyone know what PTO yokes will fit? The pto from my snow blower will notch right on with no problem. I have an extra mower deck and removed the pto from that and it won't fit. The working length of the exposed shaft is just slightly too short on the front. The locking mechanism won't engage. Please note that this is only a problem on the front side shaft. The rear facing shaft works just fine.
Found this, https://www.weasler.com/product/6-se...ng-lok-yoke-5/ They don't publish the working length of the shaft. I have something similar on order from a local supplier. Has anyone else ran into this problem? Any solutions? Meanwhile I"m trying to invent a shaft stretcher.... Just like the wire stretcher when you run your wires through the house or car and just a couple of inches too short. That's a joke in case it's hard to tell...

Got this through a local supplier. It mounted up to a JD pto from my broom and slipped right on the front pto shaft for the 3000 series.
