Default Perils of heavy drinking
I just read an article on the dangers of heavy drinking. It scared the daylights out of me!

So that 's it. After today, no more reading.

I quit drinking and smoking 3 years ago, it took 2 1/2 years for my liver to recover... started when I was 21 and in the Army I'm now 62....I must admit that I don't miss all those beer and cigarette runs in the winter when it was minus 40.
