Default What I did with my Cub today.....

Brought the Beast out for some snow fighting. 2 degrees and wind gusting up to 20 mph tonight.

All that drifting and had a few bare spots in the yard.

I've seen "the beast" in person. Steve's blower is a mean looking machine capable of chewing up and spitting out snow, lawn chairs, kids toys, or anything else left in its path! Only problem I see is when the wind blows the snow back in your face buddy!

Back in the day when I used a walk behind I wore a snowmobile suit and a full coverage helmet.

Steve, you could use a black contractors garbage bag, cut out some holes for your arms and eyes to see and wear goggles.

Nah. Helmet liner, Mad Bomber, and ATV goggles. Also Carhartt insulated bibs, Muck boots, and Carhartt Arctic jacket. Then when back inside make make sure the "black rocks" are still burning. If I saw a Pennsylvania coal miner tonight, well, they would drink for free....

Hey! The thermometer says its 7 degrees. Heat wave!!!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
