Default Cub Cadet 127 wheels dont turn

I have a Cub 127 with a snowblower on front was using and suddenly wheels stopped turning! Referring to Manual - Chassis Service, 1x6/7 Series page 212 Illust. 2-7 my drag link works(moves) fine and top Drag link arm moves too! But drag link arm UNDERNEATH does not move nor does TIE ROD that moves right wheel also! How to fix?

By turn, I am assuming you mean steer right to left not turn as in rotate. If it was steering fine and just stopped. I would imagine snow and ice build up is the issue. Thaw it out and see what happens. If still not steering when thawed out then i would start looking at steering components and steering box.

Sounds like a sheared pin in the drag link arm.
If the drag link moves when you turn the wheel, and the tie rod don't....

Somebody that can't look at the pieces and figure this one out for themselves shouldn't own a 40 year old garden tractor!

This is my suggestion. Remove the Drag Link from the Steering Gear Assembly. It will reveal the problem, that is in (A) the Steering Gear Assembly, or (B) the Linkages from the Drag Link Forward.

May I just add there is a difference in COILED pins and ROLL pins.
If you broke a coiled pin and replaced it with a roll pin, it will break sooner than later.
If you don't know the difference, --------
rolled is just that, inasmuch as the ends butt.
Coiled pins are coiled like rolling up a matchbook so there are a couple of turns
inside for added strength.
IH used a lot of coiled pins and little or no, rolled pins.
Just a FYI.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
