I've got a few wants, not sure how far I'll get on them.
Next project I'd like to have is a red 582, but I'm on the lookout for 1862/4s too, for the power steering. Maybe a 982 if one showed up close (and cheap). I'd like to get my Dad's #2 tiller adapted to one of my 782s. Big maybe here but if I can find an affordable GT 31/3200 with a 54 or 60" deck I might spring for it to get something more modern for the wife to run.

Get decals and a s/g for my 125. Make my 582S my backup mower and find a set of sleeve hitch cultivators or other attachments.

I'd like to get an original, and start working on my 6-wheeler dump truck. On off brands, my backhoe needs new hydraulic lines.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
