I'm very pleased the O went to you. I was another guy who too wanted it, but it was just too far. My brother has a 4 digit, and even he thought about calling up Martin on that one. The price was very fair. Not low.... FAIR. It was priced perfectly for what it was. It went to a well deserved home. I would cast a strong vote for leaving it as it is. Not that I don't like a good restoration job, because I do... but I think that the condition of that tractor is still very good, and a resto just isn't necessary. At a car show, I like the original condition cars as long as they look like they were well taken care of. Sorry, I can't help with the name. I'm not much for naming equipment. I call tractors by their numbers, but do sometimes refer to them as female. (As in "she's wore out". Or, "stupid b**** won't start!") Seems most of my stuff is female. Not sure why....

After walking around this little O, I've decided to do only a thorough cleaning and leave it as it is. It's rolling history.
As for the nickname, all were good but Oak's suggestion of Ripcord just seems right. So Ripcord the recoil Original it is! Thanks for all the kind comments guys!
