Engine swap from KT17 Or Mxx to CHxx (Conversion)

Hey all,
I was going to make this swap on my 2072. Reading around it is said to be almost a bolt in with the right donor. Not having the correct donor (3206) I have hit some snags. I would like to gather the parts list and sources needed to make the swap for myself and for future projects. And is there a chance I will need to modify the air cleaner? Please review and add onto my list.
Ready to order parts and really only wan to do it one time. Snow is near and I need this machine :-)
