After looking at those pictures, you're both lucky to still be around. I would say your guardian angel kept you safe. Is your wife still improving?
Any word back yet on mechanical failure on the truck?

Kristy is slowly getting better, had therapy twice this past week. Just the soreness, which will be there a while. Ya, I look at those pictures and think it could have been a lot, lot worse. And to think I was riding on the kubota all the way down until it flipped, about 150'-200' and all it did was knock me out. I think that was a case if I was wearing the seat belt it would have been worse.
The only thing I've heard so far on the insurance is that they took the truck all the way to Chantilly, VA and the adjuster did say that it had a "mechanical failure". How or what it was, I don't know, I hope they tell me. He is supposed to have me a quote and emailed either today or Monday, they are totaling the truck, over $10k worth of damage.

Wow glad u guys are still with us! If I had to guess the parking pin in the tranny prolly broke its only like a quarter inch diameter if I remember correctly. I guess from now on loading tractors of any size im locking the parking brakes and putting a wheel scotch under a tire. Wow thats a bad scene!
