Default 1512 And Front Blade
Found a front blade for the 1512, over the weekend. Jenn and I got it on, the 1512 is ready for snow, if we ever get any.

Nice find Allen. Plowing snow is a favorite activity with my Cubs. Getting stuck in the snow, not so much. The plow works real well up to about 6-8". More if the snow is dry. Wet heavy snow, I'll be out pushing a few times. Maybe consider wire wheeling and painting the plow as snow slides off a slick surface better.

But, if you are plowing snow, you will need (in addition to chains and weights) a warm jacket, hat covering ears, snow boots and warm pants.

Seems like those iron wheel weights are made of un-obtanium. Never see any for sale anywhere. May have to hit up the garden tractor show in Portage Wisc. this summer, may get lucky there.

Lew, I have lost some weight. May have to get another set of IH weights.

Is it my old eyes or are you missing the leading edge/scrapper that bolts to the bottom front side of your blade?

I use a blade for many chores, like pushing brush and branches in a pile for burning, consolidating the burning pile, etc. etc.
I bet you will find ways to use yours.
