That looks really nice, you did a great job. I use my FEL a good bit for moving things around the property. They sure are handy to have.

More loader testing!

Thursday I had a load of 3/4” gravel delivered. Gravel is for under a roof extension on my wood shed.

Loader worked great! Easily picked up a bucket of gravel. Had great dumping control.

Even with a full bucket of gravel the bucket had little twisting.

Very happy with setup!

Nice Job! Looks good! Bet having that loader will certainly be helpful. I could definitely use something on one of mine, got lots of heavy things that need moving!

Great deal

What valve setup did you choose?

I like the Gage where you can see it

I used a “Brand Hydraulic LV” valve. It was one of the few joystick valves I could find with a float and an option for a low pressure relief valve. The low pressure option (spring) can range from 500 to 1200 psi which is much lower than many.

I had multiple emails with the company about my application and they were very helpful. The valve has multiple configuration depending on mounting. Another bonus - Made is the USA!

The pressure gauge will be removed at some point. While it is viewable it could easily be ripped off. Once I finalize the pressure relief valve setting it will be removed.

Thanks for the info on the valve!
There is a Distributor very close to me.
This is very helpful to me.
In my project I'm patterning off one my father bought years ago.

I have not bought any Hydraulics yet.
I will sent Brand Hydraulics Co. an e-mail.

Thanks again for the info.

Looks great. If you don't mind me asking, how much were the materials for it?

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
