Default New member looking for some help on a 1650

Just joined today. My dad had many cub cadets that he collected for years. He has since passed and I was able to obtain some of his tractors. Just started working on a 1650. Have to replace the motor mounts. I see their is a mod for the bracket is there a source where you can buy the bracket with the modification? I live in Greencastle, Pa which is in the Chambersburg area. Any help with the fix required would he appreciated.

Lots of folks from PA as you can see. Try contacting our great site sponsors or placing a want ad in the wanted section with the required info. If you contact our sponsors it's best to call or email them with your parts needs due to the amount of parts they have and new/old parts going out to happy customers.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
