We are safe and finally got power back in most of Rockingham. I doubt Allen has power. Please remember that area in your prayers, it's being hit hard with flooding and the rain isn't letting up. So more flooding to come.

Gary

We've just had dreary weather for the last 2 days. Periods of downpours and wind gusts. Power was out 4-5 hours early yesterday. Really nothing to tell about here, but south and east from here its bad. As of last night 800,00 with no power, a few deaths, quite a few water rescues. Last I heard from Allen he had gone to high ground.

I'm back, guys. We got power back yesterday. Jenn and I were very lucky! No house damage, but have some large limbs down. We did see some trees down, and some buildings with the roofs torn off. Lots of flooding also. Please keep everyone in this area in your thoughts and prayers!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
