Default Volt/Reg pin out

ok i read a few post and sort of cornfused. yep another VR ?. lol

before i blow this up. what is the pin out . i look at the wire diagram in the tech area. but on the VR there is no markings. its a Delco Rem.

i would like to bench test. i have a variable power supply 0-16 volts it can do 35 amps so i have enough volt and amps.

ps edit.. yes the reistor is good yes the ground wire is intec. rubbers are in good shape
1st min or so is of the cub. wires gone as you can see. SG is unhooked. running on jumper box. so folks know what iam dealing with.
i just picked it up last week. it needs love... had to swap carbs as the orig carb is full of the green gooo lol...
but for 250 what can i say lol

Not sure what your talking about, pin out? Do you mean the tabs? remove the wire clips and clean the tabs off and they are marked.

ok thanks for the info.. ill see what i can find on youtube

just fyi. i asked before cleaning it and such as sometimes not that i have to explain. but sometimes i dont work on it till 1 or 2am.
was tryin to find info befor ehand is all.. and like to know ahead of time..
ill be sure to read all other sites before asking again here..
if i blow it up its my own fualt

The Mechanical V/R Data has been in our Technical Library Section since 2010. It outlines the three versions of Delco-Remy V/R's, and terminal assignments.

If you haven't already, I would pull the head of the engine. It sounds like there was a lot of air escaping from the cylinder during the compression stroke while you were starting it, which is a symptom of a blown head gasket.

i have to do the normal new to self mantince on it... iam wondering if its the intake of carb being the filter is off? bein cold its just so tight gettin good sucking ..
iam still on the fence of pullin the balance gears out of a good running motor.. i know there no good but they been in there since built .. 50 years ..

tho iam goin to check it all out when warmer and yard is dry.. as you may have seen in video my makeshift shop lol is in the snow lol.... thats where the babyd 127 sits .. the one i did rebuild and grrrr didnt wash it .. i learned for sure lol theres a video of it on the channel..

and for those who watch the video lol... i know i know there out in the cold. but i covered the motors up lol.. they will be getting tons of love come warn weather and dried up yard lol

also i worked on big trucks and hugh drivehsafts llol.. so it is kind of funny to see such a small driveshaft to me lol.. when u worked on 3 to 400 pound drive lines lol ..

darkminion_17.......... thats fine but looking for info to bench test. is all i needed.. i like to have info before goin in .. VRs are new to me iam only 53 lol at 70 to 100 bucks per. info is a money saver here..

R Bedell ty for that info... ill check it out.. i dont know all the info on board here. you know more of where its all at and probley dont even need it no more as its 2nd nature to u ... looks to be a R93. ty for info

i did tho clean tabs. one screw broke so have to drill it out.. and yes there marked. i did find bench test video and seems ok .. will find out when i get harness from mike and plug her in ..
