New guy from Maryland.
Hey Everyone, Thank you for welcoming you to your ranks. I’m relatively new to the Cub Cadet world but have had a handful in the last two years or so. My first machine was a 1440 and that’s what started it all. From there I have had a 782, 1250, a 1450 and I currently have a 129 with a 1450’s K321AQS with everything working as it should and a 2072, which is going to need a refresh, probably over winter. Also worth noting is my Cub Cadet Ultima ZT1 with a 50” deck. My end goal for the 2072 is create a 982 clone and build a loader for it, and my 129 is my do a little bit of everything machine usually towing a trailer or yard sweeper and also has a 42” snow blade for winter time. I’m excited to utilize the forum for everyone’s immense wealth of knowledge and see what everyone is getting into.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
