Today, I fired up the 128, 782, and 1650 just to hear them run. Then I took th 1650 and pulled our POS quad out. It is a long story why it's garbage. But it is junk. I won't work on it. It had 4 flat tires, and my dad sitting on it... 1650 never complained, it just towed it right out of the shed Bo problems. Then my mom drove the 1650 around the yard. She has never driven it, and she even had to ask me if it was her tractor (which it was before I started working on it) she had fun, did some weelies and stuff. Fun day

Great pics, guys!

I also got some seat time today. Used my plug aerator for the first time, and aerated the yard. Our grass is turning green nicely. Spring is here for us!

I'm home for spring break for a few days, so I FINALLY got my new tires mounted today...

I shot some video for that tire mounting tutorial I said I'd do in another thread. I'll see if I can get that together soon.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
