No worries Dag. I did a little plating last weekend on the bigger parts and all went well until near the end. I had an issue where I couldn't fine tune the amperage. On the caster brackets I needed around 20 amps but I couldn't adjust it in. It would go from 0 to 30 amps but I couldn't get 20. I will need to throw that one back in the acid bath an redo. I filtered my solution and I hope that was my issue. I was pretty happy with the other pieces that got done. I did some more reading and I'm still learning. I will try and post some more pics up tomorrow after I do another batch.

Thanks guys. Steve I didn't get a picture but it was actually the "mounting assembly" that I messed up. That is the piece that the bushings go into. The caster assemblies that the wheels mount to turned out a pretty close match but the sun light gives them different colors at different angles. Pretty cool how that stuff works.
I'm going to give it another shot today if I get the time. Pics to follow if I do. ![]()

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
