Yes, he will be able to help you out. He did a great job on a few O's a couple years ago.

I got the O some new shoes and re-built the card. Also have all the parts to the deck and the fenders at the shop for sandblast and paint. I think I have all the parts, now to just get er done. The only thing left to do is fix the steering. After checking it, the little bearings at the tie rods are bad. Yiu can move the steering wheel half a turn before the wheels star to move. what are they called? Where can I get a set?

I have finished with my Original until I get my parts back from sandblast and paint. I straightened the grill, got the tires on and tuned it up. Now I have nothing to do except tackle that exhaust. I have a new elbow and muffler. Do I just take the old on off and screw the new one on? I will post a picture of what I have.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
