That was an example to illustrate what I was saying - that the direction of the tire is for what you want it to do.

I received my weight bracket today it's on well made weight bracket and hitch.
I ended up using a company called heavy hitch they are very popular on the JD forums. Hopefully my load lock will show up tomorrow from Extreme and i can get the bracket welded on this and start prepping for paint.

The other thing i am starting to price out is adding power steering using a JD 318 5 port pump and an 1862/1864 cylinder and pump bracket. I've read these threads so far.

That bracket is nice and has some money welds on it. Quality stuff and looks like 1/4 inch plate. Does that receiver go through the bottom piece and is welded on the inside or is it butt welded to it? Nice job I like it

The receiver goes through the bottom beam and is welded on both sides of the bottom beam. This is there super duty model usually it comes powered coated but i opted out since i have to weld the load lock bracket on.

I came home to my load lock waiting for me today to i spent a little time messing with it and getting the bracket welded on i used the pocket from the receiver for the placement as it fit and lined up with the holes in the load lock.

Not the best i've ever done welding but should hold fine.

Almost a year to the date i figured it was time to update this a little. I Mainly just used my diesel all year without a major hiccup. I Just finally got around to doing the glow plug relay upgrade. i changed the glow plugs sometime last year to the 12V upgrade ones. I ordered a muffler for it as i think mines clogged as i'm starting to get soot chunks out the exhaust.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
