Thank you guys...funny the ocd thing...get it all the time....nope, no clear...I haven't done that on any of my tractors...I have done it on some motorcycle parts I have squirted for people and the results were very good...I just like that I can wet sand and buff or even patch straight color if need be...I noticed the irongard does leave halos or imperfect color matches when patched, but good enough for a garden tractor...and believe it or not but one that will get used from time to time...I should've documented all the work I did on the front axle, as far as bronze bushings, grease channels and drilled and tapped stainless zerks...For the pivot and for the spindles....I'll get some more shots after I get her broke in some....

Thanks again

PS. Oh and the tires are 4x8 deestone tri-ribs in front and Carlisle trupowers in the rear...

I don't plan on going quite this crazy with my 108 but I intend to make it a pretty sweet piece! Can't go wrong with more grease fittings!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
