Which CC Ih are the rarest?

The one you have that you can’t get a part for.

I believe you should also remove my suggestion to switch them:

So, wouldn't this change the order of 4 & 5?

....now that they are switched, to avoid further confusion with that statement. (the order I first applied the production numbers to was from IACubCadet's previous post.

Thanks,

Ok I've got 1-6 posted in the FAQ section

http://www.onlycubcadets.net/forum/s...123#post185123

We need 7-10 with production numbers. Please post them in this thread so we can keep the list thread with just the production numbers.

According to Oscar Will's book:

CC 107: 10,846 units made.

CC 71: 11,072 units made.

So number 7 and 8...........

I know that there are rare machines out there due to the limited number produced but I seem to find that the one particular machine that I am looking for just happens to be almost nonexistent. Although I am ot looking at the moment and machines are all over the place. Go figure.

I don't see a lot of 1000's or 1100's.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
