Your progress is looking good theturks. Of course it looked better than my 100 does before you started! Mine is ugly as heck but still my favorite one to use. I work it hard and it just chugs along without a whimper.

You're going to have a good one for years to come.

well i havnt had a lot of time to work on the 100 lately. ive been taking care of a few other things around the shop. I found a steal of a price on a bench top sandblast cabinet from atwoods last week. It was originally $130. had been on sale for $99. It just happened on friday it was 50% off. So I got it for $49.99. sweet little blaster. bye bye to the makeshift blaster I threw together. I built a stand for the new one to set on. Did some sandblasting outside on the rear rims to get them ready for paint. and I got a little yellow painted on the rearend, the front mount, the frame, and the dash. Hope to have a little more progress this week. heres a pic so far.

Just a little update..... and one of the newest addition to my tool collection. I picked it up at attwoods on a 50% sale. it was already marked downt to $99. I picked it up for $49. works great too. It was a bench top style and I make a quick stand for it to set on. not too pretty but its stout. ill get around to painting it someday.

Also im still undecided on the front wheels. should I go with narrow front rims or wide front rims? any opinions on either one? thanks

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
