Very nice so far Curtis, Sorry I haven't been around lately to get your parts welded up as my son is now playing on the All-Star bb team and it takes up much of my time BUT I may have a deal for you later!

I got it together enough tonight to take it for a ride. Still have a list of things yet needing attention and tuning but she ran pretty well the first time I turned the key. It was to dark for the pics but that's what I got.

Here's a few more pics in the light. I just put the plow on for the pics. The oversized tires won't allow for chains. The back of the tire is to close to the fender bolts.
I'm quite pleased for my first tractor.
I have to put it up for a while with a short list for completion. I'm quite anxious to get it completed but the paint job is done.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
