Not to sure why you want it like that for? Of the 3 digits there was 404 of them 999 - 595 = 404.

The only problem I see is 4 and 5 should be switched around.

didnt realize honestly how rare CC 86's are....and boy im a pround owner of one. had a 126 and 169 but dont now
