The top looks just like a turnbuckle, so what am I missing? How does the blade lift?

I'm almost ready lol I did bring up the QA 36A to replace the key way and get the dings out of the auger. But it is alittle to early for me to get ready if the arent ready i have the blade on the old Ferguson.
