Doug,
That new lever is slick. Great fab work! I like the position. If I had hydraulics on the 125, I might trade off the old 147R Can you still get these hydraulic units?
Nice work!
Chris

got them ready for sealer. the hood is as slick as glass. I epoxied it after I stipped it and acid washed it. 2 coats of filler primer between its flash time. 220 blocked that. used filler in a few small areas. 2 coats of high build primer 220 wet sanded, then switched to 400grit wet. dryed it off and sprayed 1 coat of the high build primer on it. only added more reducer to it to thin it. just wanted to fill any 220 marks I missed. then 400 grit wet sanded it again. I'll wipe it down with wax/greese remover before I put the sealer on it. and paint. sounds like a lot of work but it only took 4hr to get the hood ready.

I'm pretty sure that's for a front mounted generator

got the hood and dash painted early this morn.

also had to pull the steering column out so I get the rubber donut ring off to clean it and to put the dash back on. then slide the column back in the rubber once the dash is on.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
