Shrewsbury & Worcester are only 3.5 miles apart. Maybe Shrewsbury was a warehouse.

hey again i do notice when i was looking at my 73 it had to slots on the console between the console and where the hood rest and that would have been a perfect mounting for the bracket on the bottom of the windshield. it seem to me it goes to the console in wich the 73 has but not the 126 since i had to make my own.

This may be a bit off topic or a slanted, but in the the implement business, we called these companies "short lines." They were called that for a number of reasons: (1) their financials and/or distribution network (or lack thereof) were set up so they would fail from within without having any competition (2) their product was affecting other producers' bottom line due to the competition and those other producers would buy the company out to get rid of the competition thus trying to erase every bit of known existence of them (3) their product was so inferior that they would never survive.
Many moons ago after I had first started in the parts department at the dealership, I spent nearly 4 hrs in the middle of the night going through all the product catalogs, brochures, and such that were in binders behind the parts counter. Most all of them were during the IH days prior to JI Case. All I can say is it was some of the most fun & educational reading I had ever done. Although being a kid who had spent his entire life in the agriculture industry, I think I learned more about technology and its evolution that night than I ever did any time else. It amazed me seeing the product brochures for companies then seeing their "out of business notices" then seeing a new product advertisement for a larger company. Yeah, it was really cool for this guy who loves agriculture history. This dealer was also an original Cadet dealer as well so I do remember seeing a lot of Cub Cadet products too.
