Some additional progress over the weekend. PTO magnet cover had some cracks/chips; layered on some 2-part epoxy. Examined the dash to find some hairline cracks, some obvious cracks/pieces missing and one of the connection screw holes blown out. Will need to do a make-over on it. Have this missing corner on this one still intact on my CCC 782, so will try to make a mold and use fiberglass patch to fill in.
Also got the hydro pump off and cleaned the tranny in and out. Hot and humid weather around here (normal), but makes for uncomfortable working conditions.

Id say you cleaned the tranny!!... cleaned it so good you knocked all the paint off!

That dash is gonna take some time... not saying you can't fix it but I see decent used dashes here and there for sale for not a whole lot of money... just a thought... ![]() If you do fix it keep us in the loop... I'd like to see how it turns out and what you used ![]() Thanks for the updates!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
