Hey Cory,
I agree with the others, don't let guys like this ruin the hobby for you. For every bad apple, there are two good ones out there. Sorry to hear of your loss on the O's. If I were selling to ya, I would have honored my word. Case in point is I've got a guy picking up 4 cubs from me today. We made a deal over a month ago, no money changed hands, and he's coming today to pick them up. He lives in Nebraska and I in Iowa, so that's why I've been holding them. So there are still good guys and gals out there (forum members on here, ![]() Don't get down, you'll find another. ![]()

Cory
When I go to make a deal on a tractor or tractors I take Cash and the trailer and it’s we make a deal or See Ya. I find that when you wave the cash in front of them they are easier to deal with. I wouldn’t let one jerk bum you out. He is not the only one in the world with an O for sale. Mac

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
