In general, the machine is so impressive, you think you got a good photo, but its just a pic. You just cannot get it all in the shot, showing it's prowess. You cannot even handle the thing safely without gloves, and rags to cover the knives. I feel safe knowing that satan would run away!

thats a great question duke . Well, I had the deck off,and the haban frame under it, but the pto belt is wrong that came with it. and the grass was saying come cut me! ... was teasing me. So, I greased the deck, lost a zerk, pushed it back in with pliers, and put the mule drive on. Then the deck. Hooking up the deck , the mule popped out of the Quick attach - that is a miserable situation!!! At this point, I was fighting the machine, and the baby was in the seat. Then after I got it put together, went for a ride, and the rest is history.

So, Allen, Thank you for an idea you gave me by one of your awesome pics near your chain link fence! I think that maybe chain link fence poles are what I need for my haban tube. It Must have been something cheap and readily available, so far, steel electrical conduit is close but not the trick. this is my last hangup on getting this thing hooked up to something. I also need a pto belt, to run it.... those are easier to find ..... Im so darn close to destroying unwanted vegetation... ugh!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
